We offer various shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your items. Parcel items typically ship within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces are delivered via White Glove Delivery to ensure they arrive safely in your home.

What is your return policy for furniture?

We want you to love your purchase. Furniture and lighting are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, McGee & Co. ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our curated designs to more locations in the future.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your McGee & Co. account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
